Carrot raisin whole wheat muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 C whole wheat flour1 1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg6 packets stevia3 tbsp baking stevia4 tbsp honey1 egg 1 egg white3 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened1 cup grated carrots1/4 cup raisins
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350F Line muffin sheet with cupcake liners
2.Mix flour, stevias, honey, baking soda, spices and carrots, create a well in bowl
3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and applesauce
4. Fold eggs and oil mixture into the carrot/flour mixture and fold in raisins.
5. Pour into muffin containers and bake for 20 minutes.
