Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 eggs2 tbsp fat free mayo1 tsp horseradish4 sliced whoe grain white bread
Directions
Boil eggs until done while cooking mix horseradish and mayo together. Cool eggs, peel and cut into small pieces mix in with mayo mixture. Spread evenly on to two sliced of bread top with remaining slices.
