Ingredients
1 large garlic clove1 tablespoon coarse salt½ teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon paprika2 tablespoons olive oil2 teaspoons lemon juice20 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined8 wedges lemon for garnish
Directions
preheat grill for medium heat
in a small bowl crush garlic with the salt. Mix in cayenne pepper and paprika, then stir in olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste. In a large bowll, toss shrimp with garlic paste until evenly coated.
Lightly oil grate. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
