Ingredients
Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .30 cup Flounder (fish), 10 fillet White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Directions
place cooked rice in casserole dish.

Mix spinach, bread crumbs, mayo and cheese and spread over rice.

Top with fish and sprinkle with old bay seasoning heat through
