Parmesan Crusted Flounder

Ingredients
2 lb flounder fillets1 T Olive Oil1/2 c italian bread crumbs1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated1 t Italian seasoningOlive Oil cooking spray
Directions
Spray baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Lay fillets in pan and brush with olive oil. Mix together italian bread crumbs, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Pat bread crumb mixture on top of fish. Spray tops with Olive oil cooking spray. Broil 5-7 minutes. Watch closely so you don't burn.
