Ingredients
Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)Sprouts Protien Powder, 5 oz (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a seperate bowl. Add to dry mix. Stir well. Mixture will be thick. Put in 12 muffin cups. Cook 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
