Peanut Butter Banana Ricotta Creme

Ingredients
2 30oz containers Frigo Fat Free Ricotta Cheese3 medium bananas, ripe4 tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter6 packets Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in blender, adding up to 1/4 cup of water to make a pudding type consistency. Pour into serving bowls. Refrigerate or can freeze. Also good with a tbsp of low cal whipped cream and/or shavings of dark chocolate sprinkled on top. Makes approximately 6-7 1/2 cup servings.
