Cheesy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
2 Cups cooked whole wheat pasta40 Large shrimp, cooked and deveined6 large mushrooms, sliced1/2 Cup butter1/4 Cup flour1 Cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheesebasilpaprika
Directions
In skillet, sautee mushrooms until browned. In separate bowl combine flour, basil, and paprika, toss with shrimp until coated. When mushrooms are brown and semi-soft (about 5 minutes), add in shrimp and sautee for additional 5 minutes. In saucepan, combine butter and mozzarella cheese until melted. Add in shrimp and mushrooms, leave on medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
