7 ox chicken breast, sliced into thin strips across grain1/4 cup teriyaki sauce1 can sliced water chestnuts2 stalks celery, sliced thinly1/4 cup each red and green bell peppers, sliced into thin strips1 cup broccoli4 oz sugar snap peas1 teaspoon sesame seeds

slice chicken breast across the grain into thin strips. Place in a zip top bag, add teriyaki sauce. Allow to marinate 30 minutes. Slice celery and peppers into thin strips, Clean peas and cut in half. Drain water chestnuts.
In large skillet heat oil until it begins to smoke slightly. Add drained chicken, reserving teriyaki sauce and stir fry till cooked thru, about 4 minutes..Remove chicken from pan, add vegetables and cook until crisp tender. add chicken and water chestnuts back in along with reserved sauce.
