Whole Wheat Fat Free Apple Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat flour1 c. brown sugar (or 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar)1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp baking powder3 egg whites1/2 cup natural unsweetened applesauce3 overripe bananas, mashed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together. Either line the muffin tins with foil cupcake foils or spray with oil (paper cups will stick to muffins). Fill muffin tins with mixture. Bake for 20-30 minutes until very lightly brown.
