200gr surimi sticks (imitation crab)2 tbsp wok oil800 gr mixed frozen veggies (chinese for example)5 tbsp wok sauce to your likings (5 spices for example)1 pack of wraps (8 in a pack)
Make pieces of surimi. Heat the oil in a wok and bake veggies in a few minutes. Then add surimi and woksauce. Heat the wraps according to the package. Serve together.
Tastes great with some low fat sour cream on top of the wraps.
A serving includes 2 wraps with 2 big spoons of filling each. For lesser calories, you can eat it without the wraps.
