Ingredients:*Chick Peas, 1.174 cup 270 Grams Drained (15 oz can)*tahina, 1.5 tbsp 20 Grams*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp Mrs Dash Lime Fiesta Lime, 1 tbsp or to tast

place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Makes 9 - 30 gram (2 tablespoons) servings

    I didn't have cilantro so I used regular parsley instead. I'm used to making it with parsley ever since our good Lebanese friends shared us their recipe back in the 1970's. This time thoughI had some roasted garlic that my mom had made so I used that instead of the regular garlic and it's yummo! - 2/7/10
