Light Salmon Cake Casserole

Ingredients
24 oz. cooked salmon 1 onion chopped1 green pepper, or red chopped5 large eggs1/2 cup fat free miracle whip3/4 plain yogurt.5 tsp ground thymesalt and pepper to taste2 cups of bread crumbs divided in half.
Directions
same as regular salmon cake casserole recipe. I reduced the amount of bread crumbs to 2 cups. I.5 cups in mix, and .25 cups on bottom of dish and .25 cups sprinkled on top of casserole.
