Tuna Salad with Egg & Apple

Ingredients
5 oz can Tuna, chunk white albacore in water; drained 1 Tbs Mayo3 Tbs 1% Cottage Cheese1 Hard boiled egg, chopped2 Tbs chopped Dill1/2 Large Granny Smith Apple, small dice1 Tsp Cider VinegarFreshly ground pepper
Directions
Using a fork, break up the tuna into small pieces.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, cottage cheese, pepper, dill and vinegar. Add in the tuna, egg, and apple and gently mix together.
