Tuna Melt on muffin

Ingredients
2 Enlgish muffins ( I used multi-grain)1 slice of cheese, cut in half1 can of tuna, drained2 slices of tomato1 tablespoon of Light Peppercorn Ranch dressingPepper if desired
Directions
Mix ranch and tuna in a bowl. Add pepper if desired. Spread evenly on half of each English muffin. Top with one half slice of cheese on each. Microwave for about 20 seconds, to melt the cheese. Top with tomato and other half of muffin. Makes 2 servings
