Ingredients
1 cup flour3/4 cup silk vanilla soy milk1 medium to large eggdash of salt3 tsp baking powder2 tbsp brown sugar packed
Directions
mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients. combine both wet and dry together. mix very well until smooth. heat non-stick pan on medium heat. spray with non-stick cooking spray. scoop 1/8 of a cup of batter into pan. flipping when golden brown on bottom and bubble are popping on top. when using and 1/8 of a cup this recipe makes 15 pancakes.
