Cheesy Orange Roughy

Ingredients
4 - Orange Roughy Fillets (can use other white fish in place of)2 Tbs Light (or fat free) Mayonnaise1 Cup Shredded Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese2 Tbs Shredded Parmesan Cheese2 Tsp Garlic Powder2 Tsp Paprika
Directions
Set Oven to Broil
Use Olive Oil on a papertowel to coat the broiler pan or cookie sheet to avoid the fish from sticking
Place fillets on pan, sprinkle each with the paprika
Broil 6 minutes, or until fish flakes

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, parmeasan and cheddar cheeses, and garlic powder

Top the fish with the mixture and place back in the oven for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese mixture bubbles.

Serve and enjoy!
