while potatoes are cooking, get out a casserole dish. using a grater, grate carrot, pepper and zest lemon right into the casserole. chop green onions, parsley and tomatoes and add to the casserole. squeeze in the juice of the lemon. cut up the white fish and smoked salmon and throw them into the casserole. add the shrimp or crab. dust the pile with flour, salt and pepper and mix really well.

when potatoes are done, drain. put them in a big bowl and crumble goat cheese over the top. add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. mash well and then drop spoonfuls over the top of the mixture in the casserole and spread evening.
