Mandarin Chicken Stir Fry

2 Tbsp Corn Starch1 1/4 c water1/2 c lite soy sauce1/3 c light corn syrup1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed dried red pepper flakes2 cloves garlic, minced18 oz stir fry vegetables1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
In Bowl Mix corn starch and water until smooth. Stir in soy sauce, corn syrup and peppers. In large skillet or Wok stir fry meat with garlic over Med High heat about 5 min or until tender. Remove meat. Stir Fry Vegetables for 2 min add meat, restir sauce and add to pan. Bring to a boil for 1 min. Serve over rice.
