Salad with cucumber and tomatoe

Ingredients
1 cup of Mixed salad greens1/2 cup of grape tomatoes1/2 cup diced cucumber1 tsp Parmesan (optional)1 tbsp Extra virgin Olive oilGround salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss (or shake with a lid). Ingredients listed makes 1 salad for a quick lunch. Very easy to make more if needed.
