Asparagus, fresh, 20 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2") Mrs Dash Seasoning Blend Table Blend, 1/2 tsp or to taste*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Preheat ovento 400. Wash asparagus, and bend to break, holding each end of the spear. Place in bowl and coat with olive oil, place in alumium foil and sprinkle with Mrs Dash. Seal foil and place in oven for 10 minutes. Asparagus will be tender and tasty too.

Very easy and I can't believe I ate it Asparagus. I've tried asparagus a few times and never had more than a bite. I was reading what other people thought about this recipe and I decided to try it. I was able to eat a plate of asparagus and I'm very excited to be able to eat this healthy vegetable. - 8/25/11
