Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups granulated sugar4 medium eggs1 tsp. cloves1 tsp. cinnamon3 & 1/3 cups flour2 cups fresh pumpkin (mashed)2/3 cup canola oil1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1 & 1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking soda2/3 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Blend thoroughly with mixer. Bake in 2 lightly greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Turn out on cooling rack.
