Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats1/3 cup water1/3 cup milk1/2 Tbs ground flax seeddash salt1/2 cup fresh blueberries1/3 cup applesauce1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Combine the oats, water, milk, applesauce, flax seed, and salt in a small pan. Leave to sit for 10 minutes. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

2. Add the cinnamon and cook for another 2-5 minutes, until the oats reach the desired consistency.

3. Serve and top with blueberries and walnuts.
