Ingredients
Salmon filet1/8 cup bread crumbs1/2 oz almonds, crushed1/4 tbsp olive oil2 t sp grated parmesean cheese
Directions
Mix almonds, bread crumbs, and cheese. Cover fish with mixture. Heat oil in a skillet. Place fish skin side up and cook until flakey.
