Easy Beef and Tomato Pasta Bake

1 lb ground beef1 can Italian Style Diced Tomato1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup Vegetable Broth1 cup Water2 tbsp Ketchup2 Cloves Garlic (minced)1.5 tbsp Italian Seasoning8 oz Penne Pasta1 cup Bread Crumbs1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
In an oven safe pan, cook garlic over low heat
Add ground beef and brown
Drain fat off from meat and add back to pan
Add all other ingredients EXCEPT bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and 1/2 tbsp of Italian seasoning
Cook until past is cooked through and sauce is thick, then let stand for 5 minutes
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning
Sprinkle mixture generously on top
Pop in the oven for 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown
Makes 8 servings
