Baked Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 5oz. can boneless salmon20 grams each celery and carrots, chopped1 egg white1/4 c. dry bread crumbs + a bit extra for coating
Directions
Drain salmon; add remaining ingredients. Form into 2 patties. Coat with a bit of extra breadcrumbs. Chill for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
