6 pounds extra lean ground beef3 x 48 ounces tomato juice10 cloves garlic3 x 14 ounces tomato paste1 green pepper2 celery stalks 1 onion2 x 10 ounces of mushroomsItalian seasoning
Directions
brown beef,drain and rinse. Mix all other ingredients and simmer for a few hours.
