Ingredients
1 - 12 oz mug or cup of water2 or 3 slices of fresh ginger rootsweetener to taste1 lemon slice-------------------1/2 tbl honeyIf you add honey add 40 cals
Directions
Fill a 12 mug with tap water, add 2 or 3 very thin slices of fresh ginger. Microwave on "beverage" twice or three times.
Allow ginger to steep about 5 mins. Add sweetener or honey and a slice of orange or lemon. If you add honey be sure to add 40 calories.
