Slow Cooker Cuban Pork

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed 1 T cooking oil1 15 oz can black beans w/cuban seasoning1 15-oz can diced tomatoes1 small can chopped green chiles1 packet taco seasoning mix
Directions
Cut tenderloin into 1-2 inch slices, brown on stovetop in cooking oil. Place tenderloin and remaining ingredients in slow cooker, stir and cover. Cook on low 5 hours or until pork is tender. Serve over cooked brown rice.
