Ingredients
1 cup soy milk (or skim milk)1/2 cup organic fat free plain yogurt1 med banana1 tbsp flaxseed meal1 tsp honey2 tbsp organic raw apple cider vinegar (trust me!)3/4 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Put everything in your blender and blend! Makes 2 2/3 cup total, or 2 11 oz servings. Or, drink 2 cups, and freeze remainder in popsicles molds for a treat later.

    sounds good. I am going to try it this morning but use chia seeds instead of flax. - 6/3/13
