Quick & easy Crab meat stir fry

2 Cups of Immitation crab meat, fully cooked1 Cup fresh, chopped broccoli1 Cup fresh, chopped carrots1/2 Cup fresh, diced celery2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice2 Tbsp of soy sauce1 Clove of garlic, diced
Spray down skillet with fat free spam or cooking spray.
Place garlic in skillet over medium heat.
Add Broccoli, Carrots, and Celery to skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often for apprx 10 minutes.
Once vegetables have reached prefered softness add crab meat.
Crab meat should be fully cooked as it comes packaged.
Add crab meat, soy sauce & lemon juice. Stir well but gently to not rip apart the chunks of crab meat.
Cook all together 2-5 minutes.
Serves 2 - 4.
