Dill Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 cup half and half2 Tbl apple juice2 Tbl dill weed4 salmon steaks
Directions
Mix together half and half, soup, apple juice and dill in large skillet. Heat so all flavors blend. Place salmon steaks in sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    I used 1/4 cup of sugar free applesauce, 1/2 cup of apple juice and 1/4 cup of 2% milk to cut down on the calories from the 1/2 and 1/2. Cooked the sauce as per recipe, poured over the salmon steaks and baked in the oven for 1/2 hour. Absolutely delicious. Hubby loved it too! - 3/20/10
