Fresh and Spicy Guacamole

Ingredients
1 Avocado (without skin or seeds)1 1/4" thick slice of red onion3 cloves garlicJuice of 1/2 a lime1 Medium Tomato1/2 a fresh jalapeno (de-seeded)3 tbsp chopped FRESH cilantro
Directions
Mash the Avocado with the lime juice. Gently stir in the other ingredients.

Can be eaten right away.

For best Flavor: Let sit overnight in fridge for flavors to marinade.
