Reading the ingredients as listed from the entry into calorie Spark Recipes tool makes the recipe hard to understand. - 11/4/09

I tried this tonight. I was looking for a new salad, and this was amazing. I used 1 tbsp of blue cheese instead of the shredded cheese. I will make this a million times when I need a quick meal! Thank you so much for this recipe. - 7/7/10

I make a salad almost just like this but with parmesan instead of cheddar and with strawberries- it's one of my favorites. I'll have to try this version. - 11/4/09

Sounds like a very good take on this salad. I would probably use 2% shredded cheddar instead as I can't personally stand the fat free versions. I know it would add a bit to the total, but still would be a great substitute for the salad. - 11/3/09
