Ingredients:2 servings *Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens1 cup Apples, fresh chopped .25 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Flavor Sweetened Dried Cranberries, 1/3 cup 1/4 cup *Kraft fat free shredded cheese12 Grape Tomatoes3 oz. *Tyson's Grilled Chicken Strips 1/4 oz *"Fisher" Almonds, Sliced2 servings *Salad Dressing spray raspberry
Makes 2 servings
Place salad greens in serving dishes, add chopped apple, shredded cheese, tomatoes, dried cranberries, almonds and place chicken strips on top. Spritz with salad dressing.

I tried this tonight. I was looking for a new salad, and this was amazing. I used 1 tbsp of blue cheese instead of the shredded cheese. I will make this a million times when I need a quick meal! Thank you so much for this recipe. - 7/7/10
