Kung Pao Shrimp

Ingredients
1 package Yakisoba Sitr Fry Noodles1 Medium onion, cut in large chunks1 carrot, thinly sliced20 Basil leaves20 shrimps2 Tbsp peanut oil, divided
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp peanut oil and add onions and carrots. Stir frequently until onions become transparent. Add more oil, if needed. Add shrimp and cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat.

Cook stir fry noodles per package instructions. Add shrimp and vegetables. Mix well. Add Kiung Pao sauce and mix well. Add basil leaves justr before serving and stir well.
