Whole wheat pasta with green beans and lemon

Ingredients
1 bag of Al Dente brand Whole Wheat blend + Flax fettucine1 c. of reserved pasta waterzest of one lemon3 TB olive oil.5 cup part skim ricotta.5 lb. green beans1c. halved cherry tomatoes1 clove of garlic mincedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4-6 servings:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve 1c. of the pasta water. Add ricotta and stir to coat.

In a large pan heat olive oil. Add garlic and green beans and cook for 4 minutes. Add pasta water and cook an additional 4 minutes til tender.

Add fettucine to the mix and toss to coat. Add in the tomatoes, stir and transfer to a heat-proof bowl. Sprinkle with zest and parmesan
