Pesto Topped Tilapia

Ingredients
1 tilapia fillet2 tsp pesto (I use simply organic sweet basil pesto)2 tsp grated parmesan1/2 tbs pinenuts1 slice tomato
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Prepare pesto according to directions
Add parmesan to pesto (2 tsp of parmesan for every serving of pesto made)
While preparing pesto line a cooking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Place tilapia fillet on cooking sheet
Spread pesto over tilapia
Sprinkle pinenuts over tilapia
Place tomato slice on top of everything and place in oven for 15 minutes or until tilapia is white and flakey inside.
