Pumpkin Fluff

1 - 15oz can pumpkin2 pkg. fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding2 c. skim milk1 - 8 oz. container. fat free cool whip2 tsp. pumpkin spice
Directions
Using a mixer, blend pumpkin with dry pudding mix and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
