Ingredients
1- 10.75 oz Golden Mushroom can of soup, undiluted2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp ground ginger1.5 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breast2 stalks celery2 medium carrots, shredded approx 1 cup1 cup sliced mushrooms1- 8 ozs can slice waterchestnuts, drained1/2 cup unsalted cashews*Hot cooked brown rice-optional
Directions
In slow cooker combine soup, soy sauce, ginger.
Stir in chicken, celery, carrots and waterchestnuts. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or high setting for 3-4 hours.
Stir in cashews into chicken mixture. If desired serve over cooked rice.
