slow cooker mexican roast

Ingredients
4 lb. roast2 cans rotel tomatoes1 can tomato sauce1 c. water1 tsp oil
Directions
Season roast to your taste and brown on all sides with on tsp. of oil in a very hot skillet. When browned put roast in slow cooker, add remaining ingredients and cook on high for at least 6 hours. Serve over rice of your choice or use it for the filling of burritos it's delicious.
