creamy potatos and ham

Ingredients
1.5 C milk.25 C Flour.25 tsp salt.25 tsp pepper2 Cups ham dices - 1 ham steak1 Cup Sour cream - non fat1 bag o'brien potatos1.5 C Fiesta blend cheese
Directions
in a sauce pna combine milk, flour salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until thick and bubbly. In an large bowl combine potatos, ham, sour cream, sauce and 1 cup of cheese. Spoon into a 9x13 pan top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until casseroleis bubbly.
