Yummy Granola

Ingredients
5 c. oats1 c. sunflower seeds1 c. shredded coconut1 c. honey1 c. oil1 c. water1 c. raisins
Directions
combine and mix all dry ingredients (except raisins). add wet ingredients. (its easier to get all the honey out of the measuring cup if you measure the oil first). spread mixture over two cookie sheets. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. check color and gentle stir/mix. continue to check and stir every 5-7 minutes until done. look for a nice browned color, but not too dark or the sunflower seeds will burn. remove from oven. let cool, stirring occasionally. add raisins when cool. makes 9 1-cup servings. you can add lots of different things to this basic recipe too... VERY good!
