Quick & Easy Breakfast Fiber Bars

Ingredients
2 TBSP of margarine5 cups of mini marshmallows1tsp vanilla4 cups of Kashi Go Lean Cereal1 cup of all bran buds cereal1 cup of raisons1 cup of dry quick oats
Directions
Melt mini marshmellows and margarine in a large pot, until all marshmallows are melted. Add vanilla. Stir. Add 3 cups of Kashi Go Lean Cereal and 1 cup of all bran buds, 1 cup of oats and 1 cup of raisons. Mix well and press firmly in a 9x13 pan which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

    just a few alterations and helpful hints. I used dried blueberries instead of raisins, for a special touch. I buttered my pan and then poured the sticky mixture onto it, then buttered my hands and pressed it down hard, so they were firm...Then turned the pan over onto a cookie sheet and cut them. - 9/27/10
