Simple Baked Apples

Ingredients
2 med Granny Smith apples3T Oatmeal, uncooked1 1/2 T Brown SugarCinnamon - appx 1 tsp or to taste
Directions
Core both apples. Mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pack equally into each apple, and bake at 275 until the apple is soft, about 45 minutes (I never time it, just bake until I think they're done).
