Flax Fish Sticks

Ingredients
1lb fish or chicken1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup ground flax1 eggitalian seasonings
Directions
Cut the fish into strips.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl.
Dip the fish into the egg, flip to coat.
Dip the fish into the breading, flip to coat.
Place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and cook for 30 minutes at 350.
