3/4 C Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate Chips1 Package Bob's Red Mill, Whole Grain Cake Mix, Gingerbread1/2 C Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal1 Egg2 Tbs Walnuts3/4 C Water 1 Can Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin
Mix all ingredients together, bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

I found it difficult 2 locate some of the organic ingredients, +the cost, & the children didnt like walnuts, so i hope it isnt a point against me 4 not using these item but i used what i had & bought the rest. We all love pumpkin & chocolate chips so whats not to love, yes we will make this again. - 11/8/09
