Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 Large cup mushrooms12 cherry tomatoes1/2 green peppergarlic 1 tspsoy sauce 1 tspblack pepper 1tspchedder cheese 1oz grated (optional)
Directions
Heat oven to number 6, remove stalks from mushrooms and put to one side.
Wash or skin mushrooms then place in foil and cover and put in overn
Finely chop stalks, tomatoes and pepper and put on low heat adding all other ingredients. Slowly cook for around 10 minutes.
Take mushrooms from over and uncover, fill with ingredients adding grated cheese to top if wish.
Place back in oven for approx 10 - 15 minutes, serve immediately for tasty low cal filling lunch or supper.
