Dairy Free Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour (white or whole grain)1 cup rice milk1 egg1 tbsp oil (for pan)
Directions
Put the flour into a bowl and make a well. Drop egg into the well, then add milk. Mix with a whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Heat pan (I use cast iron) and add 1 tbsp oil.

Fry pancakes and enjoy with Maple Syrup!
