Cranberry Walnut Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1.5c Wheat bran1c all-purpose flour1c whole wheat flour1.5tsp baking soda0.5c dark brown sugar2tbsp molasses4tbsp honey2c buttermilk3 tbsp butter, melted0.5c dried cranberries0.5 chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix ingredients together until a smooth but thick batter is formed. Spoon into muffin pans (makes 24 standard muffins, two trays of 12) and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for thirty minutes.
