Thai Peanut Noodle Salad

Ingredients
2/3 c. Peanut Butter1/3 c. Tamari¼ c. cider vinegar2 T. water1 T Red wine vinegar3 T. Brown sugar3 T. sesame oil3 cloves minced garlic1 T. minced ginger½ t. red pepper flakes4 scallions thinly sliced½ red bell pepper diced1/4 c. cilantro1 8 oz package soba noodles
Directions
Cook noodles
Mix all other ingrediants together then toss with noodles.
Chill.
